Cookie policy

This policy describes the cookies and other browser storage technologies used by the www.prynt.it website, the app.prynt.it application and the admin.prynt.it administration console, operated by [RAGIONE SOCIALE] (controller: see the privacy policy).
1. In short
- We use only technical cookies and browser storage that are needed for the service to work or to remember choices you make (language, interface preferences).
- We do not use analytics, profiling, advertising or third-party cookies or tools (social networks, maps, videos, external fonts). The Content Security Policy of our pages allows scripts and resources to be loaded only from our own domains.
- For this reason we do not show a cookie banner and do not ask for consent: see section 5.

The site sets no other cookies and does not use browser local storage. Automatic language detection uses the IP address in memory only, without cookies: it is described in the privacy policy.

3.1 Cookies

3.2 Browser local storage (localStorage)
The application stores some preferences in the browser; they stay on your device and are not sent to our servers. All keys start with prynt.:

You can clear this data at any time from your browser settings; the application will go back to its default settings.
4. Administration console admin.prynt.it
The console is used only by Prynt's operators.

5. Why no consent or banner is needed
Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of the Italian data protection authority (Garante, decision of 10 June 2021) exempt from consent technical cookies and tools, that is those strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user, including session and authentication cookies and functionality cookies that store the user's choices (such as language). The banner is needed to collect consent for profiling cookies or for analytics not equivalent to technical cookies: we do not use any.
For technical tools a notice is sufficient, which we provide with this page and with the privacy policy, both reachable from the footer of every page of the site. If in the future we introduce tools that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for consent before activating them.
6. How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block session cookies you will not be able to sign in to the application; if you block prynt_locale the site will choose the language automatically on every visit.
