For software houses

Fewer layout change requests, one more service to offer your customers.

You connect the ERP and prepare the data of the documents once. Then your customers' offices change logos, texts and columns themselves, and you stop spending afternoons moving a field by two millimetres.

Who does what

You prepare the data. Your customer changes the layout.

Each side does what it knows best, on the same template.

Your software house

  • Connections to the ERP database, also through the Prynt Gateway
  • Read-only queries and datasets
  • The field catalog: readable names, formats, descriptions
  • Mapping of the fields the ready-made templates need
  • Lists of real documents for the preview

Your customer

  • Logo, colours, fonts and fixed texts
  • Fields dragged from the catalog
  • Column order and simple conditions
  • Preview on a real document
  • Approval and publication

How it works

From the invitation to the first approved document.

  1. 01

    The customer invites you

From its organization settings, with the workspaces you may open. The role is given only by invitation.

  2. 02

    You prepare the data once

Connection, read-only queries, field catalog and mapping: or apply your catalog for that ERP in one click.

  3. 03

    The customer customizes

Its people see only readable field names and change the graphics, without SQL.

  4. 04

    The customer approves

You and its designers can ask for publication; the decision stays with the customer.

What you get

Built for working across many customers.

Everything below is in the product today.

A data-only role, where the customer wants it

The data partner role opens only the workspaces the customer chooses: data sources, gateways, queries, datasets, field catalog and mapping. Never members, billing, license, settings or API keys, and no direct publication.

Catalogs per ERP, reused

Prepare once the readable names of an ERP's columns, the mapping of the ready-made templates and the queries you reuse, then copy them into each customer's template.

Activity your customer can see

Every change and every data access of your people appears in the customer's settings, with source, rows and outcome, never the values.

The Customers page

Your organization sees the customers that invited its people and the workspaces you can open: names only, each customer separate.

Your customer stays in control

Trust is part of the service.

Chosen workspaces only
The other workspaces of the customer do not exist for you; access is given or taken in each workspace's settings.
No publication without the customer
You can ask for publication; someone the customer chooses approves.
Data that never travels
Catalogs per ERP are copied into the customer's template and never linked: nothing of one customer reaches you or another customer.
Read-only by design
Queries only read. Your customers' designers never see SQL, connections or credentials.

Partner program

Partner status is enabled by Prynt.

There is no self sign-up: tell us about your software house, the ERPs you work with and your customers, and we enable your organization as a partner. Conditions for partners are discussed case by case.

Questions

Questions from software houses

How the partner role works

Do I see all the data of my customers?

Only the workspaces each customer opens for you. There you work on data sources, queries and the field catalog; you never see members, billing, license, settings or API keys.

Can I reuse my work across customers of the same ERP?

Yes: a catalog per ERP keeps the readable names of the columns, the mapping of the ready-made templates and your reusable queries. You copy it into each customer's template; later changes do not propagate, and no customer data ever goes into the catalog.

Can I publish a template for the customer?

No. You can ask for publication, like the customer's designers; the customer decides who approves, and the decision is recorded.

Does the customer see what we do?

Yes. The software house activity lists every change and every data access of your people in that organization, with filters by workspace and person, also after access is removed.

Which databases can we connect?

Oracle and PostgreSQL, directly over TLS or from private networks through the outbound-only Prynt Gateway. SQL Server and MySQL are coming soon.

How do we become a partner?

Contact us: Prynt enables partner organizations, there is no self sign-up. Even before that, any customer can invite one of your people as its software house.
