When will pricing be published?
Plans and prices will be published before general availability. Until then you can create an account and start building; we will contact you before anything becomes billable.
Can I try Prynt now?
Yes. Create an account to design templates, connect a database and render documents through the API in a development environment.
Which databases are supported?
Oracle comes first and PostgreSQL is supported too. SQL Server, MySQL and REST data sources are on the roadmap and will be added to every plan as they become available.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Prynt is fully managed: you design in the browser and render through the API. The only optional component is the Prynt Gateway, a lightweight service you install next to databases that are not reachable from the internet. It connects out to Prynt, so no inbound port is opened.
How are our database credentials protected?
With the Gateway, your browser encrypts the credentials with the Gateway's public key: Prynt Cloud stores them but cannot read them. For direct connections to cloud databases, credentials are kept encrypted in a managed key vault and are never shown again after you save them. Either way, Prynt only runs read-only queries.
Where is our data hosted?
In the European Union. Prynt is designed around the GDPR: rows read from your databases are used to render the document and then discarded, and only the PDFs you choose to keep are stored. A data processing agreement will be part of the terms at general availability.
How will usage be measured?
Plans will be based on rendered documents and environments rather than on the number of templates or designers. Details will be part of the published pricing.
Do you offer terms for ERP vendors and system integrators?
Yes. If you want to embed Prynt in your own product or deliver it to your customers, contact us about partner and OEM terms.

Connect a database, design a template and render it through the API, all in one afternoon.
